About the Role:

At OK Company, part of the international Zotefoams Group, we are building the next chapter of our organisation in Spain. To support this journey, we are looking for a Financial Controller who wants to go beyond traditional accounting and play an active role in shaping the future of the business.

This is an opportunity to join a solid industrial company with approximately €30 million in annual turnover, operating within a leading international group. You will work closely with senior management and key business functions, helping transform financial data into meaningful insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

This role is not only about reporting results. It is about influencing them.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast and financial reporting processes.

• Analyse financial performance, identify variances and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.

• Participate in monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring financial data accuracy and reliability.

• Support internal and external audit activities.

• Analyse manufacturing costs, margins and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance function through process automation and enhanced reporting tools.

• Contribute to international projects and collaborate with colleagues across the wider Zotefoams Group.

• Build strong relationships with operational teams, developing a deep understanding of business drivers beyond the numbers.
  

What you'll need:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience in Financial Controlling, Management Accounting, Finance, Audit or similar roles.

• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting principles.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

• Experience analysing manufacturing costs, margins and profitability.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI for analysis and reporting.

• Good English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in Audit, Manufacturing or Industrial environments.

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision or similar ERP systems.
