About the Role:

We are seeking a QA Staff to support quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for ensuring plastic injection products and footwear midsoles meet customer requirements, company standards, and quality objectives through product inspections, final quality verification, packing compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process in accordance with approved specifications, standards, and work instructions.

• Inspect plastic injection products and footwear midsoles for appearance, dimensions, color, physical characteristics, and workmanship requirements.

• Identify, document, and report non-conforming products and quality concerns.

• Perform final product inspections and support outgoing quality control (OQC) activities before shipment.

• Verify product conformity against customer specifications, approved standards, and packing requirements.

• Ensure correct packaging, labels, barcodes, carton markings, and traceability records are maintained.

• Support investigations into quality issues, customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA activities.

• Participate in defect reduction, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure product quality and shipment readiness.
  

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Quality Management, Footwear Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in footwear manufacturing, plastic injection molding, or a Nike supplier/Tier-1 manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Understanding of quality inspection methods and manufacturing quality systems.

• Familiarity with AQL, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.

• Knowledge of measuring equipment and inspection tools.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
