About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Line) to provide comprehensive IT support for our Vietnam site. The role acts as the first point of contact for local users, ensuring reliable and secure IT services across both office and manufacturing environments. Working closely with global IT teams, the successful candidate will support end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, network connectivity, operational technology (OT) systems, and local IT projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.

• Serve as the primary local IT contact, managing incidents, service requests, and escalations.

• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room technology.

• Support user onboarding, offboarding, account administration, and equipment lifecycle management.

• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and related services.

• Support networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and Cisco Meraki environments.

• Provide IT support within manufacturing operations, including OT systems, industrial devices, and production technologies.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, endpoint protection, patching, and cybersecurity requirements.

• Support IT projects, system rollouts, upgrades, documentation, and vendor coordination.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate effectively with global IT teams.
  

What you'll need:

• Proven experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support role covering both 1st and 2nd line support.

• Strong troubleshooting experience within Microsoft Windows environments.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management tools.

• Knowledge of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.

• Experience providing desk-side and end-user support in a fast-paced business environment.

• Understanding of IT security principles, device management, and compliance requirements.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with local and global teams.

• Fluent Vietnamese and working-level English communication skills.
