About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Tooling Engineer to support our manufacturing setup and daily production operations in Vietnam.
This role focuses on tooling setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production and stable product quality.

You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams, and play a key role in production ramp-up and continuous improvement activities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support tooling setup, installation, and changeover activities

• Maintain moulds and tooling to ensure good working condition

• Troubleshoot tooling-related issues to support daily production

• Work closely with Production and Engineering to improve tooling performance

• Support production trials, sample runs, and new product activities

• Coordinate tooling repair, modification, and preventive maintenance

• Maintain tooling records and follow safety and quality standards
  

What you'll need:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tooling, or related fields

• Experience in tooling, mould maintenance, or manufacturing environments

• Experience in plastics, injection moulding, or footwear is an advantage

• Basic understanding of tooling and manufacturing processes

• Good problem-solving and communication skills
