About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Injection Moulding Team Leader to support daily production operations in Vietnam.

This role leads a small team of operators and ensures machines run safely, efficiently, and meet production and quality targets.

You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support production ramp-up and stable operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and support operators during daily production activities

• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation

• Coordinate shift activities and manpower allocation

• Support machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers

• Check product quality and ensure production meets requirements

• Support basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed

• Work with Engineering and Production to reduce downtime

• Support trial runs and new product activities

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
  

What you'll need:

• Technical training or diploma in mechanical, industrial, or related fields

• Hands-on experience in injection moulding, preferably in footwear manufacturing

• Experience leading operators or supporting shift operations is a plus

• Basic understanding of injection moulding machines and processes

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
