About the Role:

The Procurement Manager (Footwear Manufacturing) is a hands‑on, high‑impact role responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of indirect, Capex, tooling, and engineering services procurement across our footwear manufacturing operations in Vietnam and the Technical Centre in South Korea.
This role plays a critical part in supporting new site launches, capacity expansion, automation, and manufacturing investment programs, working closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and global procurement stakeholders to shape how the business invests in its future manufacturing footprint.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect, Capex, tooling, and engineering services categories.

• Lead end‑to‑end tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract award for machinery, production equipment, automation solutions, and technical services.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Project teams to align procurement activities with site investment plans and business priorities.

• Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships, with a focus on total cost of ownership, risk management, and sustainability.

• Deliver cost reduction initiatives, value optimisation, and supplier performance improvement programs.

• Maintain accurate spend data, market intelligence, and supplier performance metrics to support strategic decision‑making.

• Support raw material ordering activities in line with contracts and frameworks established by the direct procurement team.

• Operate effectively within a global, matrix‑managed organisation, collaborating with local and global stakeholders.
  

What you'll need:

• Proven experience in procurement or commodity management within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing indirect, Capex, machinery, tooling, or technical services spend.

• Strong commercial and negotiation capability, including experience managing complex, high‑value contracts.

• Experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Project teams.

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
