About the Role:

We are looking for a QA Supervisor to lead daily quality activities at our Vietnam manufacturing site. This role is critical in ensuring products consistently meet company and customer requirements while supporting the establishment of a simple, effective quality system for a new factory. You will play a key part in stabilising quality during factory ramp-up and supporting long-term operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead daily quality control activities, including incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final product inspection.

• Ensure products meet defined quality standards for appearance, dimensions, and performance.

• Oversee basic laboratory testing of materials and finished products, ensuring correct equipment use and reliable results.

• Support release decisions for finished products based on inspection and test results.

• Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and work with Production and Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Track and report key quality metrics such as defects, yield, and customer complaints.

• Support the setup and maintenance of quality procedures, work instructions, and daily quality standards.

• Participate in and support internal and external quality audits when required.

• Manage incoming material quality and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

• Lead, coach, and develop QA inspectors and lab technicians, including work planning, shift organisation, and skills training.

• Support trial runs, new product introduction, and quality validation prior to mass production.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams during factory ramp-up phases to ensure stable quality performance.
  

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• 5–8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong experience in foam, polymer, plastics, or footwear materials manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Experience supporting factory setup or production ramp-up is a strong advantage.

• Practical knowledge of quality inspection, basic problem-solving, and production quality control.

• Working level of English communication skills.
