About the Role:

The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist will play a key role in supporting Zotefoams’ growth in Vietnam by ensuring our reward, payroll, and benefits practices are competitive, compliant, and well-governed. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and global stakeholders to deliver accurate payroll operations, effective compensation processes, and a positive employee experience, while ensuring alignment with Group policies and local labour regulations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Vietnamese labour and tax regulations.

• Administer employee benefits programs including social insurance, health insurance, PIT, and other statutory and company-provided benefits.

• Support annual compensation processes such as salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive payouts in line with Group guidelines.

• Maintain and update compensation and benefits data in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• Prepare and analyse C&B reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and workforce planning.

• Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll, benefits, and compensation-related queries, providing clear and timely advice.

• Ensure compliance with internal governance, audits, and local legal requirements related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.

• Support job evaluation and grading activities, including benchmarking roles against market data where applicable.

• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment with Zotefoams’ reward philosophy and practices.

• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, particularly as the Vietnam organisation scales.
  

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations role, ideally within a manufacturing or multinational environment.

• Strong working knowledge of Vietnamese labour law, payroll regulations, PIT, and social insurance requirements.

• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems; high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and produce clear reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.

• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
