Role Responsibilities:
• Schedule and accurately load outbound shipments to meet customer delivery requirements, while system processing the shipments accurately thorough Microsoft D365.
• Schedule and unload inbound products to meet operational requirements.
• Palletize, pack and when required, repack finished goods.
• Monitor and schedule scrap pickups.
• Monitor and order facility pallets as well as schedule damaged pallet puck ups.
• Perform finish goods stock movements on a daily or as needed basis, using a forklift.
• Transfer finished goods from the warehouse holding area to warehouse and verify material is labeled, counted, packed, and identified correctly.
• Utilize RF scanner to perform systemic transfers into ERP system Microsoft D365.
• Audit imported shipments for accuracy and correct any discrepancies via conducting inventory adjustments.
• Perform inbound to frozen storage stock movements on an as needed basis.
• Maintain accurate paper and computer system records of all inventory transactions.
• Perform stock take and cycle count activities on an as required basis.
• Assist with logistics planning tasks when required by management to ensure the timely ordering of all production raw materials to meet customer orders.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Quality and Production departments as necessary to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
What you'll need:
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Shipping and warehousing experience; one (1) to three (3) years
• Demonstrated forklift competency
• Computer savvy, experience in an integrated ERP system is desired.
